UPS Domestic Delivery
Our Economy Delivery Service is provided by our parcel carrier partner UPS. UPS provides a cost effective and efficient means of supply to our customers. UPS is widely acclaimed as the nation's number one express delivery service for flexibility, reliability and quality of service.  Large or heavy volumes may require palletized shipping. If this is the case we will contact you to confirm any pallet charges prior to completing your order. Please note that some of our products are classified as hazardous for road transport in the UK and may require special delivery requirements that we will advise you of before shipment.

Dynalink Export Shipping

Many of our customers are located overseas, outside the USA. For the majority of export deliveries we use our preferred global carrier Dynalink Systems

 
All International shipping arrangements are made  through Vangard Distributing. Please contact our customer service department at (510)830-5527, 2709 Teagarden Ave San Leandro CA 94577, taogas@lubesandgreases.com or jeff@oemglobal.net. Please note that Dynalink Systems may deny shipment based on the hazardous quality of materials. This may require the use of a specialist cargo shipper. Full quotation of all technical data and shipping cost provided upon request. Please note that we reserve the right to decline shipment to certain destinations, in addition to those countries under delivery restrictions.

Why can't you send my goods in the mail.?

Because many of the materials we supply are classed as hazardous, we are unable to send them via post office. 


Can I collect my goods instead of paying delivery?

Collections are made by arrangement and any requirement for collection must be stated on your invoice. Our trade counter is open from 8:00am until 5:00pm monday - friday. For collections please contact customer support.


What happens if the goods go missing?

It is very rare for goods to go missing. On the occasion that this happens, we make every effort to have goods re-delivered. If lost we supply replacement goods at no additional cost to you. 


What if I need to return the goods to you?

On receipt of goods complete the reverse side of delivery note and fax back to us. A member of our team will contact you to discuss arrangements for the return of goods. Please read through our section on returns for full details.


How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

Typically all orders are built from stock and processed the same day they are received. However out of stock items may require ordering to fulfill your needs. In these instances there will be a lead time from the manufacturer of the product. Please direct all
 questions and queries about delivery lead time, weight, packaging or product information to Customer Service at (510)830-5527 and one of our representatives will be happy to assist .
